Our 2,200-square-foot over-water pavilion has been said to be one of the most beautiful event spaces in Savannah. It can accommodate up to 200 guests and is ideal for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and just about any party. Please call us at (912) 354-8187 for reservations or additional information.
Contract/Non-Refundable deposit ($100) must be received within 3 business days to hold a date. The full balance is due 60 days before the event date. No cancellation after full balance is paid.
In-Water/Dry Storage customers will receive a 25% discount.

Marker 46A
Marker 46A is our new exclusive clubhouse and event space. The space is furnished with comfortable Adirondack chairs, high-top tables, and various seating. Marker 46A will be open during business hours for IOH Marina customers and Carefree Boat Club Members to enjoy at their leisure. This space was designed for members to relax after a day on the water, enjoy their morning coffee, or catch up with neighbors.

Rules for Overwater Pavilion & Marker 46A
- No amped noise after 10 p.m.
- No open flames
- No hanging decorations from fans/ceilings
- Access to boats/docks prohibited
- Oyster shell, shellfish and other perishable seafood must be removed from marina property at the conclusion of the event.
- No pets
- No cooking on the pavilion
- No stapling/screwing/nailing/tacking in the pavilion wood
