Valet Dry Storage Program
- Boat Storage on land for boats up to 26 Feet
- Valet Service with unlimited launches and retrievals, and complimentary engine flushing
- In-water dock slip for weekend and multi-day use
- One all-inclusive rate of $11.00 per foot per month with an annual agreement or $13.25 per foot per month with a six-month agreement
Terms and Conditions for Long-Term Rates
All long-term rates are based on the measured length of the vessel including boat, motor and all
appendage. Boats measuring under 20 feet will be charged the 20-foot minimum. Annual and Month-To-Month rates require a signed License Agreement and Licensee's adherence to the marina's rules and regulations, and a one-month security deposit. There is an extra charge for electrical usage at $40 per month for each 30 amp plug, $80 per month for each 50 amp plug and $200 per month for each 100 amp plug. Prices are guaranteed for the duration of the license agreement, and are otherwise subject to change.
